Started in 2013, Roseburg Area Angel Investor Network (RAIN), is a group of private investors gathering to invest in early stage companies, for the purpose of strengthening the entrepreneurial climate and larger economy of Douglas County.

Goals

• Increase seed capital availability for regional early stage companies.
• Build awareness and knowledge of local entrepreneurs and investors about direct equity investment.
• Create a portfolio – over time – of the high growth-potential investments (highrisk/high-reward) for investors.
